Had a braw stay here, with a spacious room and friendly staff makin’ me feel right at home. The air-conditioning was a wee bit off, though, leakin’ all over. But I’d still come back for the location!

I recently stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room for 2 nights. The spacious design allowed for comfort, and the room included a nice desk area, perfect for catching up on work. I appreciated having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and soundproof walls that ensured a peaceful stay. The pool area was inviting, great for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The breakfast selection was below average and could use more variety.

Comfortable Premier Double Room with great pool area. The karaoke night was fun with a lively atmosphere. Breakfast options lacked freshness and variety. Noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

The Superior Double or Twin Room I stayed in had a spacious design, ideal for an extended stay and even came with an extra desk area. The swimming pool, while a touch chilly, was sizable and offered a nice escape after a long day.
The air conditioning in the room was set to Arctic levels. I had to turn it off entirely just to get some comfort. Bathroom ventilation was non-existent, leaving humidity lingering long after showers. About the breakfast experience, it was below average—the coffee was served in rusty dispensers, and the cutlery situation was challenging with some guests having to scrounge for their own utensils. The gym facilities felt outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. the environment was less than inspiring, with occasional unpleasant smells around the premises.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me return sim cards I left in the room, and Eva's service made my stay memorable. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

It was just a nice choice for a trip in Kota Kinabalu with incredible value for money. The breakfast spread had some decent options, though I did have to wait a bit for fresh food. Bring your own toiletries just in case.

Target audience value for money
The room was spacious and I really appreciated the clothes drying rack they included. It came in handy after a day of watersports, let me tell you. the WiFi was reliable enough for me to get some work done without any interruptions.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for what you get.

I recently stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room for 4 nights. The bed really stood out. it was super comfortable and ideal for a good night's sleep. There was plenty of space in the room. A nice desk area that made working easy. The breakfast offered a full buffet with various choices from Western to Malay dishes, although some items took time to refresh. The swimming pool area looked great, but I didn’t get a chance to use it because of my schedule. I faced a couple of issues, though. Slow check-in almost made me late for my meeting, which was frustrating. the cleanliness could be improved. I noticed some areas that weren't as tidy as expected, like stains on the floor in the bathroom. Despite these bumps, the location near Imago shopping mall allowed for convenient dining and shopping options. A currency exchange service was available downstairs, though the rates weren't great. it was a decent stay with a few improvements needed.
